- Personal Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and, for vendors, your WhatsApp phone number.
- Location Data: We use location data to provide the Campus Navigator features. We do not track your location in the background or sell this data.
- Usage Data: We collect information on how you interact with our app (e.g., vendor profile views, product clicks) via PostHog and custom Supabase tracking to improve our services.
- Payment Information: All payments are processed by Paystack. Trovr does not store your credit card or bank account details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our Service.
- To notify you about changes to our Service.
- To allow you to participate in interactive features (e.g., Shoutouts, Navigator reporting).
- To provide customer support and gather analysis to improve the Service.
3. Data Sharing
- Vendors: Your WhatsApp number is shared with buyers when they initiate a "Message Vendor" action.
- Third-Party Providers: We share necessary data with Supabase (database/auth), Paystack (payments), and Mapbox (maps) to facilitate our services.
