1. Description of Service

Trovr is a campus super-app providing a marketplace for vendors to list products/services and a campus navigator for students. Trovr acts only as an intermediary and is not responsible for the actual quality or delivery of products sold by vendors.

2. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Accounts are intended for individual or registered vendor use within the Unilag community.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

• Vendors must provide truthful descriptions of their products and services.
• Vendors agree to handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Trovr reserves the right to remove any listing or vendor account that violates our policies.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

• Payments for Pro subscriptions, Featured Listings, and Shoutouts are processed via Paystack.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through the vendor dashboard.

5. Limitation of Liability

Trovr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
